Notarize a US Power of Attorney from China Over Zoom
You're in China, the closing is next week, and the title company won't accept a Chinese notary. We notarize your POA in a private 30 minute Zoom session, US recognized. No consulate appointment, no plane ticket, no waiting weeks.
Why this is hard to DIY
- ! US title companies, county recorders, and banks reject Chinese 公证处 notarizations on US format POAs.
- ! A US consulate appointment usually books 3 to 6 weeks out and requires you to travel to one of four cities.
- ! A POA must be signed in real time while a US notary is watching. Signing in advance invalidates it.
- ! Most online notarization services do not work for people in mainland China. We run a private setup that does.

Frequently asked
Will the US title company accept a POA notarized over Zoom? +
Yes. Remote online notarization is accepted nationwide by title companies, county recorders, and banks. The notarized document carries the same legal weight as one signed in person in front of a US notary. If your specific recipient wants the wet ink original, we courier that too.
Can I just use a Chinese notary (公证处) instead? +
For US real estate, no. US title companies require notarization by a US notary or US consular officer. A Chinese notary plus apostille is routinely rejected at closing.
How fast can you turn this around? +
Most cases are done within 24 hours from when you message us. Same day is often possible if you reach out before noon China time and your document is ready to go.
What if I am not in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Shenyang? +
It does not matter where in China you are. The Zoom session works from anywhere with a stable internet connection. No travel, no consulate.

FedEx International Priority at cost plus a $149 handling fee. Typical total is $275 to $325 depending on destination.
Is there a rush fee? +
Same day Zoom slots booked before noon China time are at the standard price. Same day slots booked after noon are an extra $199 when we can fit you in.
