Notarize a Deed of Trust or Mortgage Doc Over Zoom from China
Refinances, second mortgages, and deeds of trust all require notarization. Your lender or title company sends the package. We host the Zoom, get every page signed and notarized correctly, and get the package back to closing.
Why this is hard to DIY
- ! Mortgage packages are typically 80+ pages with multiple notarized signatures. Missing one breaks recording.
- ! Lenders insist on US recognized notarization. A Chinese notary stamp stops the refinance dead.
- ! Title companies often want both spouses signing. Both must appear live on the Zoom.

Frequently asked
My refi package is 90 pages. Will the Zoom take all day? +
No. The notarization happens on the specific pages requiring it (typically the deed of trust, the note, and a few acknowledgments). Total Zoom time is usually 30 to 45 minutes.

One document, one signer, one Zoom session of about 30 minutes, and your US recognized notarization. Pre flight document review is included.
What if I have more than one document? +
Stack them into the same Zoom session. First document is $499, each additional document on the same call is $199. So a 3 document session is $897, not $1497.
What about multiple signers? +
Each additional signer is $199. This covers their ID verification. Every signer joins the same Zoom; you do not need separate sessions.
Do I need a physical wet ink original mailed to my US recipient? +
Usually no. The notarized document is accepted nationwide by title companies, courts, banks, and federal agencies. If your specific recipient demands the wet ink original, we courier one. FedEx International Priority at cost plus a $149 handling fee. Typical total is $275 to $325 depending on destination.
Is there a rush fee? +
Same day Zoom slots booked before noon China time are at the standard price. Same day slots booked after noon are an extra $199 when we can fit you in.
What if my recipient rejects the notarized document? +
If it gets rejected because of something we should have caught in pre flight review, we redo the notarization at no charge. If your recipient changes their requirements after the fact, we work with you on a fair fix.
